Just a quick note of thanks for the support you provided as we said goodbye to my Dad.

You were pro active in making contact with me once you’d been engaged by Rosedale, and you visited us in our home - which made the initial discussion far more comfortable for us.

We spent some time going through the approach we wanted to take, and you made comments as you saw things we needed to consider.

We particularly appreciated you keeping in touch prior to the funeral and the fact that you “owned” the co ordination on the day of the funeral.

Your delivery of the Eulogy , the grandchildren’s tribute and the poem “If” was very polished and added much to the plain words.

Jo was a fantastic celebrant throughout the whole process of organising dad's funeral. She was keen to take the time to listen to my sister and I talking about Dad and his life. This ensured the tribute she wrote really reflected him as a person. We had no experience of planning a funeral but Jo held our hand every step of the way and made herself available to us if we had any questions or needed her opinion on parts of the service. 

On the day of the funeral, Jo supported us as a family before the service started, conducted a beautiful service and was a reassuring presence after the service before we left for the wake.

Jo was able to make sense of the rambling disjointed combined memories of my mum from my sister and I and turn them into a true reflection of mum's life and more importantly who she was.
